Important: Returns are damn expensive for the environment and for us and we want to avoid impulse shopping and try-on orders à la H&M. That's why we take responsibility for you here, thus you bear the shipping costs for returning your return yourself. Check our Samples out first, you can find them under "Extras".

We pack and ship everything ourselves from our shop in Kreuztal. Usually we make it within 2-3 working days and you will receive an email including shipment tracking as soon as we start preparing your order. For orders payed by bank transfer, delivery begins after receipt of the money. 

Please consider: quarantine, flood, storms, strikes, BlackFriday - there are so many reasons it may sometimes take a little longer 🙏🏻

Good question! With us, things cost what they cost. Unfortunately we're through
Mass production in low-wage countries often feel for the actual
cost of our consumption lost. With Anna and Oskar we do everything ourselves and
pay everyone in the whole chain fairly and well. When it comes to the material, we have always opted for the best zipper, the best thread, etc., because we simply want to create a really great product that we are proud of. That's just important to us. 

We have made everything so robust that you can later use your Anna and Oskar Kram without any problems
bequeath it or sell it on classified ads and get almost the new price for it.
