Hugo is for all phases of life. That's why you can get rid of everything you don't need right now. A basketball, a crate of beer, a change of clothes for a family of 5 - everything fits in here and thanks to the compartment system you have still an overview.

Our bags and backpacks are made from robust and durable Cordura and recycled Polyester. You can easily remove dirt with a sponge or a soft brush. That way we have already cleaned bicycle chain oil, bird poo, ketchup and finger paints. If you don't want to do without a washing machine, please use a knotted cotton bag and wash it without softener and spins at a maximum of 30 degrees.
Good question! With us, things cost what they cost. Unfortunately because of mass production in low-wage countries we are not aware of the real costs of our consumption. At Anna und Oskar we do everything ourselves and pay everyone in the whole chain fairly and well. When it comes to the material, we have always opted for the best zipper, the best thread, etc., because we simply want to create a really great product that we are proud of. That's just important to us. Therefor our products are so robust that you can bequest your Anna und Oskar stuff later or sell it on AllTrippers and get almost the original price for it.
Whew, not easy to imagine. But let's assume it actually comes to that... just return it.

Important: Returns are damn expensive for the environment and for us and we want to avoid impulse shopping and try-on orders à la H&M. That's why we take responsibility for you here, thus you bear the shipping costs for returning your return yourself. Check our material samples out first, you can find them under "Extras".

Kreuztal is not just around the corner for everyone. That's why we have teamed up with five great stores all over Germany and Austria: here you can now look at and try out our backpacks and bags.
We pack and ship everything ourselves from our shop in Kreuztal. Usually we make it within 2-3 working days and you will receive an email including shipment tracking as soon as we start preparing for shipment. For orders with the "bank transfer" payment option, this delivery period begins after receipt of the money. Please consider: quarantine, flood, storms, strikes, BlackFriday - there are so many reasons why it can sometimes take a little longer 🙏🏻
