You can safely transport your hot and cold drinks in the thermal cover. Even the porridge for your child stays warm and here or is protected from the heat in summer. For demonstration purposes, the pictures show a baby bottle with a high of approx. 19 cm and a thermal bottle with a high of 23.5 cm.

We ship within 3 working days via DHL GO GREEN and you will receive a shipment notification as soon as we start preparing your order. For orders with the "bank transfer" payment option, this delivery period begins after receipt of the money. We also ship to packing stations (DHL) and Europack shops (EPS).

Shipping costs: Free shipping within Germany. Shipping costs to all EU other countries and Switzerland are €12.90. Taxes and customs duties abroad (especially important for the Swiss) are borne by the customer. We are happy to ship to other countries on request, write to support@anna-und-oskar.de.

You have a 14-day right of return and can cancel your order during this period without giving a reason.

For an exchange you have to send the package back to us like here described and just reorder the desired product.

Return policy: A return or an exchange is only possible if the goods are returned to us unused and unwashed within 14 days of receipt of the order. The products must not have a strong odor and must not be soiled. Please understand that we refuse returns of this type. You bear the costs for returning the products.
